Yahoo suggests helping speed the antispam training process by clicking on Spam or Not Spam for each message they have sent to your Bulk mailbox. Unfortunately, the Spam and Not Spam buttons are not visible from that mailbox.

Are you on Beta version of Yahoo. i know on the old style of Yahoo Mail which I am still with you can look at your Bulk mail and you still have the option once you have opened your mail to choose Not Spam if it isn't. You would not have the option for Spam in this folder as it is already in the Spam folder.
