ive tried to restore....but regardless of whether norton is disabled, my files/folders DO NOT come back. the box pops up and says "Norton AntiSpam has reconfigured your Outlook Express". Norton says they dont delete files....I SAY THEY DO. Ive had this computer (XP) and Norton for two years, and this is the FIRST time this has occurred. I am losing about 150 files and pics......and about 8 folders ive created.

That's a lot of folders with data that's being stored in an email program. It wasn't designed to be a storage space for folders full of picture data, etc.
Moving them to the Documents Folder would be a much better idea.
I'm not sure what Norton has to do with it, real problem is, once they're gone, they're gone.

I had all kinds of problem with Norton 2008 i would have to reload prograns every time i run it so i delete it and got
another anitvirse program.
