Sometimes missing files cause you to not be able to uninstall something. If this is the case, sometimes reinstalling it fixes the problem.

Maybe try reinstalling AVG too.

Scan for problems first.
There's a couple of ways to remove it. Go My Computer/ disk C:/ Program files/ AVG. Delete the folder. Then click start, run and type regedit. On your left column you'll see Hkey Local Machine, expand it. Look though the list for any registry that is related to AVG and delete. YOU'RE DONE. Restart your PC and then check the program files %26 registry to make sure it's gone. If successful then attempt to re-install AVG. Keep your registration key for it handy as you'll be using it again to activate the full version AVG.
you have said that ur uninstallment of avg is not working......

...........if this is ur problem,i'm sure that some file(uninstall file)in the location where u have installed ur software has been deleted unconsciously!.........usually this location should be in .....program files/avg....!

if this's not the case,then u goto avg network site and get registered with some product number and get all the LATEST UPDATES available inorder that your spyware and others can work properly!
