Lot's of 1 line spam messages in my inbox (all coming from different emails)?

Hi, I am fustrated, because I am getting all these emails from people saying the most rubbish things. I have got Bitdefender Antispam, but that's not detecting it. well anyways they are really weird messages. all messages come from different emails,

Just created the rule in ms outlook to that particular user %26 moved that mails into the junk E-mail folder so when u get the same mail from that user it will moved in Junk E-mail Folder .Even you can add the other email mail ID which you get the spam messages even u can creat the spam folder in ur ms outllok %26 creat the spam user id to moved all unwanted mail

Do not open your spam email it only verfies your email address and you will get a lot more. Just click on them and them hit the spam button. Try deleting your cookies, temp folders and history. When you go into different websites you leave behind cookies and that will cause you to get a lot of spam. Also check your filter in options and see if you need to adjust it. Hope this helps!!!
